What Is Personal Skills Modification Training?
The class teaches a 4-step process wherein we help people identify the self imposed obstacles that work against their sales efforts. Then we help them diffuse or change those negative beliefs and habits into positive ones that begin working automatically to achieve sales goals. The effective four-part course is offered in person at your location and tailored for Managers or Individuals.
In addition to the 4-step process class, individuals also receive custom direct suggestion reinforcement CD and interactive workbook.

Mind Coach, Valerie Grimes, employs an approach that deals with Two Parts of Mind. She calls it Elective Direct Suggestion Process. Participants gain an understanding of the source of their hurdle or bad habit and led through a series of behavioral change techniques to create a new outcome.
